EmoFlow-AI is an evidence-based tool for understanding and regulating emotions — built by someone who needed it, grounded in clinical research, and privacy-first by design.
Why we built it
EmoFlow-AI was created by a software engineer — not a clinician — who spent two years reading clinical research while trying to make sense of her own emotions. The goal was simple: turn what the science actually says into something you can use in the moment, instead of being left to figure out on your own which technique fits and how to do it.
How we research
Every claim in our articles is grounded in published evidence — peer-reviewed studies, and recognized authorities such as the APA, NIMH, WHO, and Cleveland Clinic. We cite our sources and link to them. We never invent statistics or studies. We are builders who defer to the science, and we write in plain language so the research is actually usable.
Our AI is not a generic chatbot
EmoFlow-AI does not improvise feel-good replies or invent advice. Its AI runs on concrete algorithms and validated, research-based techniques: it reads your exact emotion and intensity, matches the right technique, and a coach guides you through it step by step. The aim is real help in the moment — not a chatbot to chat with.
