EmoFlow-AI is a tool for understanding your emotions. People sometimes share heavy things here, so we built care into the product. This page explains in plain language how we help keep people safe - for the people who care about them: parents, therapists and partners.
What we do
EmoFlow-AI watches a conversation for signs that someone may be struggling. When it sees them, it offers crisis-support resources - help lines and services chosen for the user's country.
What we don't do
EmoFlow-AI is not an emergency service and not a replacement for a professional. We do not diagnose or treat any medical condition, and we never record conversations to sell or hand to third parties.
How we respond to a crisis
When EmoFlow-AI notices signs of crisis, it responds calmly and without judgement, gently encourages reaching a real person who can help, and shows local crisis lines for the user's country. It never abruptly ends the conversation.
Extra protection for teens (13+)
EmoFlow-AI is for ages 13 and up. For teenagers we are more cautious, we watch for more than self-harm alone, and we point toward a trusted adult or a youth and child-protection line. EmoFlow is not built for children under 13.
For therapists and clinicians
EmoFlow-AI is a helper between sessions, never a replacement for you. If your client chooses to, they send you a link to a dashboard of your own: their charts, any safety flags and notes on their week and month written for you, read-only - and they can revoke that access at any time. We don't contact anyone on a client's behalf; in a crisis we point them to real help.
Your data and your control
On the free plan, your check-ins stay on your own device. With an account or Pro, your data is stored securely so you can sync across devices and share with a therapist. You can delete your data at any time, and we never sell it.
If someone is in danger right now
EmoFlow-AI cannot contact emergency services for you. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.
